CIVIL WEDDING CEREMONY

Just collect these documents required for a civil marriage registration in Montenegro:

passport of 2 witnesses

CNI form (Certificate of No Impediment)

divorce certificate (if applicable)

death certificate (if applicable)
Civil weddings are performed by an authorized registrar from the Municipality and a court authorized interpreter. The ceremony lasts approximately 15 minutes. The registrar proclaims you husband and wife and issues the wedding certificate.
